Foundation Day
The company was founded on 27th August 1981 by Shri Dharamshi Bhai Bediya in a 400 sq. ft. rented space, where the first Monoblock self-priming pump was handcrafted.
First Owned Factory
The first owned factory was established, expanding the company's footprint to 1000 sq. ft., and launched the Self Priming Pump up to 1 HP.

Jet Pump Launch
The company launched its latest Jet Pumps, marking a significant milestone in product development.
Launched Mud Pumps
The factory area was expanded to 6000 sq. ft., and the company launched range of Mud Pumps.

Launched V4 Submersible Pumps
The company successfully launched a new line of V4 Subemersible Pumps, expanding its product offerings and enhancing industry capabilities.
Achieved ISO 9001 Accreditation
Achieved ISO 9001 accreditation, underscoring the company's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality management.

Expanded the factory to 16,000 sq. ft. and launched Openwell Pumps.
Automation & Modernization
Imported fully automatic German winding machines and established an in-house testing lab with a 0.5 accuracy digital flow meter.

Expanded the factory to 32,600 sq. ft. and launched Centrifugal and V6 Submersible Pumps.

Upgraded technology with CNC, VMC, and TMC machines. Launched a full range of Self Priming Pumps and V8 Submersible Pumps.

Launched a full range of IE2 & IE3 certified Induction Motors. In December, acquired a 36-acre land parcel, consolidating all production processes.
SAP Implementation & Expansion
We implemented SAP, streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency across all departments, from production to sales. Upgraded In-House German Testing Lab with 0.2 Accuracy Digital Flow Meter.

Launched the new brand BEDIYA in the Fan & Electrical Appliances segment.
Significant Growth and Expansion
Closed FY 2021 with 25% growth and completed the Pump Unit construction of 300,000 sq. ft. in July, marking a key milestone in factory expansion.

Successfully shifted to the New facility in August, with completion of additional unit Construction for Induction Motors, Centrifugal Pumps & Process Unit in 170,000 sq.ft.
Inaugurated Ceiling Fan Manufacturing Plant
In June, launched a new Ceiling Fan manufacturing unit, spanning 140,000 sq. ft., as part of continued facility expansion and upgrades.

First Equity Round Raised
In December, successfully raised the first round of private equity, achieving a valuation of ₹250 crore.
Continuous Growth and New Ventures
In March, initiated construction of a 50,000 sq. ft. Aluminium Die Casting Unit and a 200,000 sq. ft. Agriculture Equipment Unit, closing FY 22-23 with 25% growth. By May, raised ₹150 crore in the second round of private equity, with the company’s valuation increasing fourfold.

Largest Ceiling Fan Production Unit
In June, commenced commercial production in the largest fully backward-integrated Ceiling Fan facility, capable of producing 30,000 fans per day.
Brand Ambassador and TV Campaign Launch
In August, signed Hardik Pandya as the brand ambassador and launched a nationwide TV campaign, featuring ads on major national news channels.

Expansion and Production Milestones
In October, launched commercial production in the Aluminium Die Casting unit, expanded land holdings to 48 acres with the acquisition of 12 additional acres, and onboarded major OEM players for the ceiling fan green channel production initiative.
New Greenfield Ventures in Lighting
Established a lighting manufacturing plant and a PCB and circuit manufacturing plant as part of new greenfield ventures in the lighting industry.

Expansion into Agriculture Equipment Sector
In March, entered the agri product segment by installing India’s highest-capacity agriculture equipment manufacturing plant. Developed over 200 SKUs, completing the portfolio for comprehensive farming mechanization.
Record Growth and Land Expansion
In March, closed FY 23-24 with 120% growth, expanding the solar business from ₹20 crore to ₹200 crore. Acquired an additional 12 acres, bringing total land holdings to 60 acres.

Nationwide TV Commercial Launch
In March, launched TV commercials across all major national news channels, enhancing brand visibility and reach.
Factory Visit by Capital Market Stalwarts and Investor Transition
In April, welcomed capital market stalwarts for a factory visit. In May, provided an exit to the first private equity investor with a 9x return in 16 months and onboarded Madhu Kela and affiliates as new investors.

In June, raised ₹200 crore at a valuation of ₹3,600 crore from an existing investor, marking a significant funding milestone.
Major Construction and Automation Milestones
In June, completed 3 million sq. ft. of construction. By August, fully automated the machine shop with robotic systems and backward integration. In September, established a new plastic moulding plant, advancing manufacturing capabilities.

Founding Visionary and Director
Shri Dharamshi Bhai Bediya established Silver Engineering Company in 1981, starting with the hands-on manufacturing of mono pumps. Over the past four decades, he has grown the business with unwavering ethics and principles. His leadership continues to steer the company toward innovation, focusing on Research and Development and Product Development.
His commitment to societal welfare is evident through his support for charitable causes, including education for underprivileged students and hunger eradication in local communities.
He is also an active office bearer of the Swami Vivekananda Kendra, actively contributing to its educational initiatives.

His vision was clear: transform this family business into a formidable global OEM player and build a distinctive brand that stands out on the international stage.
